High Quality Chemical Resistend Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps
Eurovacuum is offering Chemical Resistant Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps that are of high quality and very sharply priced. The pump is made of an aluminum alloy and the pump heads are coated with a chemical resistant PTFE coating. By using good quality HNBR (hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber) materials for the pump diaphragm and valves the pumps have a longer operating lifetime. The air-cooling system is integrated in the pump body and is designed to run the pump continuously for 24 hours.

Features
The pumps are supplied with a manometer and an adjustable vacuum valve to adapt the pressure of the system to the needs of the user. The pump can be switched on/off via the switch on the pump body. There are vibration dampers mounted on the feet of the pump and the pumps are specially designed to be as quite as possible, so they can easy been used in a laboratory without disturbing the people in the room.

Solvent Filter Unit
The solvent filter is commonly used in the filtration of high-accuracy chromatogram Equipment and has the function of out-gassing to prevent the equipment of blocking caused
by particles. But has also many other uses for very fine filtration of liquids. The product is made from high quality extra hard glass with an even wall thickness. It can also be used for sterilisation at high temperature and high pressure. The small unit has a filter cup of 300ml and a receiving bottle of 1000ml – the big unit has a filter cup of 500ml and a receiving
bottle of 2000ml. The filter holder has a porous of 10µm. The available membrane filters you can find below on this page. With the manifold it is possible to filter 3 or 6 filter units on one vacuum pump.
